Community Mourns Sudden Loss Of Mahopac Teenager

MAHOPAC, N.Y. – Mahopac residents are coping with the sudden loss of a local teenager this week.

Hannah Mikus, a Mahopac High School student, died suddenly this week.

Hannah Mikus was rushed to Putnam Hospital Center after suffering a seizure Monday, according to News 12. She later was taken to Westchester Medical Center, where she died.

The cause of the death has yet to be determined.

Mikus would have been a senior at Mahopac High School this fall.
